We take a proactive approach to encourage safe practices across all aspects of our company by reviewing daily safety messages, hosting in-depth securement training for drivers and corporate staff and placing safety signage in key high traffic areas. PGT TRUCKING PROVIDES THE BEST DRIVER TRAINING AND ORIENTATION

Whether you have been driving for two weeks or twenty years, PGT has a customized training program for you. From day one at orientation, you’ll be given a chance to get behind the wheel and spend time on the trailer deck. Our team of instructors consist of veteran CDL drivers with over 100 years of combined experience, and our week-long orientation will give you the foundation you need to be a true Proud Professional at PGT.

Certified PRO Trainers

After orientation, drivers with little to no experience are placed with a Certified PRO Trainer for on the job training. Learn from the best teachers on PGT’s fleet and gain valuable knowledge before driving on your own. Experienced drivers will be seated and released to drive solo!

24/7 Support

Your support doesn’t end after training! Each driver is assigned a dedicated Safety Manager to answer your questions regarding load securement, driving habits and vehicle safety. Our supporting staff are available 24/7/365 to help you succeed.
